How To Book A Mobile Bar Experience
In Six Steps
1. Choose Your Experience
Every event is different, and so is every experience we offer. Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, private celebration, mobile bar trailer experience, slushy bar experience, or mixology workshop, begin by choosing the service that best fits your event.
2. Take Our Quiz
Answer a few questions about your event, guest count, budget, location, service goals, and planning stage. Your responses help us identify the best-fit experience and next step.
3. Schedule Your Consultation
Based on your responses, you’ll receive the appropriate next step. Qualified inquiries receive a link to schedule a brief consultation.
4. Review Your Recommendation
During the consultation, we review your responses, confirm the best-fit package, and adjust the recommendation if your event details require something different.
5. Secure Your Date
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send your invoice. Your date, equipment, and staff are reserved once your required retainer is received.
6. We Handle the Details
After booking, we schedule your mixologists, begin beverage planning, coordinate logistics, and work with your venue and vendors when needed. Signature Cocktail package clients within 15 miles of PHL receive a complimentary signature cocktail tasting. *travel fee over 15mi

Booking Policy
No payment is required to schedule your consultation.
Please select the date and time that works best for your consultation. During our discovery, we'll discuss your rental needs, answer any questions, confirm availability, and provide a customized quote. If you're ready to move forward during our consultation, we'll prepare and send your invoice before the call ends so you can secure your reservation immediately. Your event date, rental equipment, and any applicable staff are reserved only after your invoice has been paid. Reservations are accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis. Planning begins the moment your retainer is received so we encourage prompt payment to secure your requested date. Staff scheduling, event planning, purchasing preparation, and insurance processing start immediately, which is why all retainer payments are non-refundable.
