*The # of Bartenders varies based on 2 factors: Event Type (expected alcohol demand) & Guest Count. For ex: a wedding cocktail hour will likely have a higher demand for drinks at the bar than a corporate party, so we would recommend 1 bartender per 50-60 guests at a Wedding, and 1 bartender per 80-100 guests for a Corporate party. Ultimately, it’s your decision on how many bartenders you hire, but we advise following our suggestions for your event bar to run smoothly & your guests not waiting!

Do You Need Food Servers? (Optional)

Food Servers help with buffet food setup, Serve food to guests on a buffet, Replace empty food pans as needed, Pass appetizers and hors d'oeuvres to guests, Pass poured champagne to guests, Fill water pitchers/coffee as needed. Servers do not wash dishes, do non-food related setup, or tend bar.

Do You Need Event Helpers? (Optional)

Event Helpers keep tables and surfaces free of trash during your event, Take trash bags to a can or dumpster as needed, Wash dishes during and at the end of your event, Set up & break down tables, chairs, decorations, dinner placements, etc. Helpers do not serve food or tend bar
