How To Book A Mobile Bar Experience
In Six Steps
1. Choose Your Experience
Every event is different, and your beverage service should reflect that. Explore our wedding, corporate event, private celebration, mobile bar trailer, slushy bar, and mixology workshop experiences to find what fits your occasion.
2. Take Our Quiz
Complete our short questionnaire with your event details, guest count, budget, location, and planning needs. This helps us understand your vision and determine the appropriate next step.
3. Schedule Your Consultation
Based on your responses, you'll receive the appropriate next step. Qualified inquiries will be invited to schedule a consultation.
4. Customize Your Beverage Service
During your consultation, we'll review your event details, discuss your beverage-service needs, and determine the level of support you'd like Royal Blush Bar to provide. Your quote is personalized to your event rather than based on a preset package.
5. Secure Your Date
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll send your invoice. Your event date, equipment, and staff are reserved once the required payment is received.
6. We Handle the Details
After booking, we coordinate your mixologists, beverage planning, bar preparation, and event logistics according to your selected services. We'll also work with your venue and vendors when needed so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Pool party? Outdoor/Backyard event? Cool off and enjoy the festivities. Designed for high-volume, outdoor, & seasonal occasions. Perfect for both alcohol & nonalcoholic beverages - frozen drinks, self-serve cocktail station, chilled mocktails, the uses are limitless (available April-August)

Booking Policy
Consultations are complimentary and require no payment.
During your consultation, we'll review your event details, confirm availability, answer your questions, and prepare a customized quote. If you're ready to book, we'll issue an invoice outlining your services, total cost, and required retainer.
Your event date, equipment, and applicable staff are reserved only when the required retainer is paid—not simply when an invoice is issued. Reservations are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis.
All retainers are non-refundable because preparations begin once your booking is confirmed. If your plans change, your retainer may be transferred to another available date or Royal Blush Bar service within one year of cancellation, subject to availability.
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
